“Agitated” by Electric Eels is hands down one of the most important punk rock songs of all time. I put it in my top ten, maybe even top five. Nobody else was making those brash, snotty, abrasive sounds. Another Rust Belt city, Detroit, had The Stooges and MC5 but the Eels were something different. They were distinctly Cleveland. THE STRANGEST INTERVIEW EVER W/ DAVID LIEBE HART OF ADULT SWIM/TIM & ERIC

David Liebe Hart is a brilliant anomaly. A man that could never be duplicated or replaced.  David was the man behind a long running public access show with puppets singing about Christian Science and aliens. That’s how he was discovered by Tim and Eric.  One thing led to another and he has appeared on various Adult Swim programs and toured internationally.  Most recently he has been collaborating with Jonah Mociun aka Th’Mole, a character known to long time fans of underground hip hop.
